We have not had power to get any updates out to our neighbors and have had little information provided to us. There was a water main break at Grove and Melody, please be careful for refreezing tonight. Please seek shelter with a friend or relative if possible and stay safe. As the severe winter conditions continue, we realize that your service remains interrupted. Please know that our technicians will begin restoration as soon as conditions safely allow.
In many areas, power has yet to be restored, or commercial power providers have shut off electricity as a safety measure.
It's possible that while your address may have electricity, the equipment that delivers service to you may be located in a blackout area. Thank you for your continued patience.
